Bacon ranch dress n dip sauce

Ingredients


  1. 3 streaky bacon rashers
  2. 125g (1/2 cup) whole egg mayonnaise
  3. 125g (1/2 cup) sour cream
  4. 2 tbsp buttermilk
  5. 1 garlic clove, crushed
  6. 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  7. 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill leaves
  8. 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh continental parsley leaves

Description

Step 1

Place a non-stick frying pan over medium‑high heat. Cook the bacon, turning occasionally, for 7-8 minutes or until golden and crisp. Transfer to a board and finely chop.

  • Step 2

    Place the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic, lemon juice, dill and parsley in large bowl. Season and stir to combine. Stir in bacon.
