Espresso Milo-tini ice-cream

Ingredients


  1. 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  2. 600ml ctn thickened cream
  3. 2 tbsp freeze dried instant coffee powder
  4. 20ml coffee liqueur (such as Tia Maria or Kahlua)
  5. 2 tbsp Milo, to sprinkle
  6. Select all ingredients

Description

  • Step 1

    Use electric beaters to beat the cream, sweetened condensed milk, coffee and coffee liqueur for 3-4 minutes in a bowl or until soft peaks form.

  • Step 2

    Spoon into a 1L (4-cup) freezer-safe container. Smooth the surface. Sprinkle the top with Milo. Place in the freezer overnight or until firm. Remove plastic wrap and discard. Scoop into serving bowls to serve.
