Ingredients


  1. 300g cabbage, thinly shredded
  2. 1 large carrot, coarsely grated
  3. 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  4. 300g edamame beans, podded
  5. 1/2 cup fresh coriander, coarsely chopped
  6. 50g snowpea sprouts, trimmed
  7. Miso & tahini dressing
  8. 1 small roasted garlic clove (see note)
  9. 3 tsp tahini
  10. 3 tsp avocado oil
  11. 3 tsp rice wine vinegar
  12. 3 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  13. 2 tsp maple syrup
  14. 2 tsp white miso paste
  15. 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Description

  • Step 1

    Make dressing. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

  • Step 2

    Add cabbage, carrot, onion, coriander, sprouts and edamame to dressing. Toss to coat.
