Pilaf Chicken Soup

Ingredients


  • 1 pound broccoli, chopped
  • 1 dash cumin
  • 8 ounces cooked chicken
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package rice pilaf mix (6 ounce box includes seasoning packet)
  • 16 triscuits

Description

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat on high until boiling, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
  2. Enjoy with crackers.
