Spiced chicken wings with ranch dressing

Ingredients


  1. 1kg Coles RSPCA Approved Australian Chicken Wing Nibbles
  2. 1 tbsp brown sugar
  3. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  4. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  5. 2 tsp sweet paprika
  6. 2 tsp dried oregano
  7. 1 tsp ground cumin
  8. 1 tsp garlic powder
  9. 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  10. 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes (optional)
  11. Ranch dressing
  12. 1/3 cup (100g) mayonnaise
  13. 2 tbsp sour cream
  14. 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  15. 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  16. 2 tsp finely chopped dill
  17. 2 tsp finely chopped chives
  18. 1/4 tsp sweet paprika

Description

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine chicken, sugar, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, cumin, garlic, allspice and chilli flakes, if using, in a bowl. Season.

  • Step 2

    Arrange the chicken mixture in a single layer on the lined tray. Bake, turning occasionally, for 40-45 mins or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

  • Step 3

    Meanwhile, to make the ranch dressing, place the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, dill, chives and paprika in a small bowl. Stir until well combined. Season to taste.

  • Step 4

    Arrange the chicken wings on a large serving plate. Serve with the ranch dressing.
